Delivery
‘White Glove’ Delivery & Installation Service (Free for orders over £1,000)
All orders that fulfil the survey requirements will be delivered with 'white glove' Delivery & Installation service; this means that goods will be delivered, installed, and the packaging will be removed. All our installers are fully insured.
Qualification criteria include ease of access to the proposed site, availability of parking, hours we can deliver in etc.
In some cases the survey may flag up a reason why we cannot offer the full 'white glove' service. If this is the case we will let you know in advance of your order being shipped and go through the best options to deliver the product/s
Standard Delivery
If you do not require 'White Glove' Delivery & Installation, your order will be delivered to your door within the agreed dispatch time depending on the product.
Please note with the delivery only service, the packaging will not be removed by the carrier, and all items will be delivered on a 'tailgate-only' delivery service, this means that goods will be delivered kerbside to the specified address. This does not include placement of items or removal of packaging, there will need to be somebody on site to assist and bring the goods inside.
Stock & Lead Times
Your order will be delivered to your door within the agreed dispatch time depending on the product. If the item is in stock then we will aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days. If the product is not a stock item and needs to be specified and ordered then we will advise you on the lead time. Generally a product that needs to be manufactured after an order is placed is on a lead time between 3-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Once we have the acknowledgement of the order we will contact you and agree on a satisfactory delivery date.
Locations
We ship to the U.K. mainland only. We also allow for multiple addresses, please contact us after placing your order to arrange this.
VAT
VAT is charged at 20% in the UK, and is included in the price displayed.
