How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will take 2-4 weeks to arrive. After your order has been confirmed, we'll keep you updated periodically. 

 

What if my order needs specific delivery & installation instructions?

We'll contact you near to the date of your delivery to confirm the details. If you'd like to send through your requirements ahead of this time please contact us, ensuring you include your order number with your email.

 

What is the returns policy?

If there is a material defect or the product has been damaged in delivery then please contact us, so we can rectify the situation.

Unfortunately, many of the products we stock are made to order and we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects or damage.
